Anacleta (Ast) Mannebach

Anacleta (Ast) Mannebach, 91, died November 13, 2024 in Colwich, Kansas.

She was the daughter of Joe and Marie (Hermes) Ast. She was born May 11, 1933 and raised at St. Joe, Kansas. She was united in marriage to Melvin Mannebach February 20, 1952. They had three children.

Anacleta was preceded in death by: her husband, Melvin; her daughter, Lucille; her son, James; her brother, Kenneth Ast; and her sister Marlene Ast.

She is survived by: her daughter, Leann (Paul) Betzen; her sisters, Colette Van Niman and Jelene Grady; her brothers, Emanuel (Betty) Ast and Duane Ast; her grandchildren, Doug (Amber) Betzen, Sharon (Jeremy) Walker, Craig (Megan) Betzen and Curtis (Kayla) Betzen; and her 7 great-grandchildren and 2 step great-great-grandchildren.

The rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. and mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2024, both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Colwich. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Sacred Heart Catholic Church (311 S. 5th, Colwich, KS 67030) or Traditions Health Hospice (3221 N. Toben St. Ste 200, Wichita, KS 67226).
