Arlene Girrens

Arlene R (Thome) Girrens, 75, loving wife, mother, grandmother, passed away on May 17, 2024. Retired from Via Christi – St. Francis working several positions through the years and assisted her husband farming for many years. She was a member of the Senseney Community Band, Wichita, KS. Preceded in death by husband, Francis J. Girrens; parents Clarence and Esther (Orth) Thome. Survived by sons, Timothy (Tera) Girrens and Brian (Lee) Girrens; 5 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; brothers Duane Thome and Ronald Thome Sr.; sisters, Jane Belt and Shirley Dugan. Rosary Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 7:00 pm, Mass Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10:30 am, both at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Schulte, Kansas.
