Arvilla Maye Harding

Arvilla May Harding, 81, died of natural causes at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas on December 9, 2025. She was born October 24, 1944 in Alva, Oklahoma to Elmina and Leo Bayliff. Arvilla was loved by many and will be missed by all.

In her old neighborhood, she was a mom to everyone, known as kind, loving and had a kind heart. She always had a kind word to say to everyone. In her spare time she enjoyed going to yard sales with her grandchildren and playing bingo as well as eating at her favorite restaurants and spending time with her family and friends. After 30+ years working in composites at Cessna Aircraft, Arvilla retired.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Elmina Head; father, Leo Bayliff; brother, Lyle Bayliff; niece, Juanita Moore.  Survivors include her children, Allen Harding of Nixa, MO, Joyce Alvis of Wichita, KS, Leo Harding of Wichita, KS; sister, Kolleen Rivard of Augusta, KS; step-siblings, Carrie Adams, John Bailiff, Danny Bailiff; niece, Ellen Rivard; grandchildren, Michaelryan, Andrea, Jennifer, Felicia, Kayla, Quentin, Susan, William, Kenneth, Jeffery, and Amber.
