Deanne Rooks-Girdham 63, of Midland, Michigan passed away October 23, 2024, in Pretty Prairie, KS.  She was born March 1, 1961 to Dolly Agerter and Neil Rooks, in Breckenridge, Michigan.  She was an avid horsewoman, loved spending time fishing, reading, crafting and video games.

She is survived by her four children, Nicole (Christopher) Goering, Jeremy (Jessica) Swain, Steven (Jamie) Rooks and Jennifer (Truman) Coffman. She Loved her many grandchildren, Emily Goering, Saleh Goering, Olivia Goering, Malachi Goering, Elizabeth Goering, Ariana Rooks, Aiden Rooks, Isis Rooks, Alexis Cramptom, and Braylan Fields.

She is survived by her mother, Dolly Agerter and siblings, Tracy Howard, Timothy (Jane) Rooks and Steven (Marlene) Rooks.

Memorials may be made to Traditions Hospice at 915 E 30th, Hutchinson, KS 67502  or Prairie Sunset Home at 601 E. Main Street, Pretty Prairie, KS 67570.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Unruh (Brian), Princess Jessica, Luke and Holly who cared for and visited mom during these past few months.  Mom truly loved them and was so glad when they came to visit.
