Debra Klick Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Debra Ann Klick, who left this world on March 28, 2025, at the age of 67.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend, whose love and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Debra was born on September 23, 1957, in Towanda, Kansas. From an early age, she had a heart full of love and a spirit that shined through in everything she did. She married the love of her life, Terry Klick, in 1987, and together they built a life centered around family, faith, and generosity.

She had a passion for spending time with her grandson, Dilan, finding treasures at thrift stores, taking care of others, and gardening. Whether she was cherishing moments with Dilan, discovering hidden gems while thrifting, or nurturing the beauty of her garden, she found joy in the simple things and shared that joy with those around her. She was a caregiver at heart, always putting others before herself and making sure everyone felt loved and cared for.

Debra’s kindness and warmth extended far beyond her family, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy will live on in the love she gave, the memories she created, and the values she instilled in those she leaves behind.

She is survived by her loving husband, Terry Klick, and her daughters, Jessica and Toyanna (husband Gavin). She also leaves behind her cherished grandson, Dilan, as well as her beloved sisters, Doris and Dona. She will be deeply missed by many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on April 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Salt City Cowboy Church, (810 N Main St., South Hutchinson, Kansas 67505). Family and friends will gather to share stories, laughter, and love in remembrance of the beautiful soul she was. Flowers can be sent to Salt City Cowboy Church (810 N Main St., South Hutchinson, Kansas 67505).

Though she is no longer with us, her love will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest in peace, Debra. You were our home, our safe place, and our greatest blessing.
