Elaine Phillips was born on January 30, 1961, in Rochdale, England, to Ken and Joan Helliwell. She was their only daughter and the beloved sister of Graham Helliwell of Cornwall, England.
Elaine is survived by not only her brother but also her children, Lorna Adele Miller of Camden, Arkansas, and Martyn J. Harrison of Lenexa, Kansas, as well as six grandchildren—with a seventh soon to arrive.
