Gloria Meyer (Goddard, Kansas) June 19, 1942 – March 11, 2025

Gloria, 82, retired radiologist technician of 55+ years at the Wichita Clinic and gentle farmer, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Henry and Dolores Metzinger; her brother, Mark; her sisters, Mary Francis and Joyce (Egan) Markley; and her loving husband of 53 years, Eugene “Gene” Meyer.

Gloria is survived by: her sister, DeeDee Brown; her brothers, Paul, Dale and Marion Metzinger; and many nieces and nephews.

The rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m., both at St. Mark Catholic Church (19230 West 29th St. N , Colwich, Kansas 67030) located 5 miles south of Colwich, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark Altar Society (19230 West 29th St. N, Colwich, Kansas 67030), or the Good Shepherd Hospice.(7829 E. Rockhill, Suite 403, Wichita, Kansas 67206)
