Grace B. Harvey

Grace B. Harvey, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 21, 2024, at Showalter Villa in Hesston, Kansas. She was born on October 8, 1937, one of eight children born to Odis and Mary Patterson.

Grace was a homemaker and a wonderful cook. She worked alongside her husband Norman in the Harvey’s Upholstery business for over 20-plus years. Grace and Norman raised her children in Maize, Kansas, where she made many friends in the community. Her hobbies were sewing and reading.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Norman, daughter Jeanetta Harvey and granddaughter Kelly Frazier.

She is survived by her children Sandy (Ken) West of Mt. Hope, Thomas (Kathy) Harvey of Oxford, Judith Kautz of Mulvane, Sophia Crouch of Wichita and Mike (Lori) Harvey of Halstead, Kansas, along with 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
