Jacob "Jake" Daniel Schneider

Jacob (Jake) Daniel Schneider, 31, died unexpectedly, Saturday, January 20, 2024.  He was born on July 16, 1992 in Garden Plain, KS to Robert and Valessa (Drum) Schneider. 
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Les Drum, Bob and Rita (Winter) Schneider and Aunt Linda Schneider.
He is survived by his wife Haley (Koenigs) Schneider, sons Hudson and Jenson, and a baby girl expected in May. He is also survived by parents Robert and Valessa (Drum) Schneider, sister Tara Schneider (fiancé Landon Yoder), Grandmother Valera (Dold) Drum, In-laws Tony and Debbie Koenigs, and Katlynn (Dakota) Bourne.
Jake married his High School sweetheart, Haley, on August 20, 2016 and they started their family.  He graduated from Garden Plain High School, Hutchinson Community College Ag Diesel Mechanic Program and completed a four year Sheet Metal Apprenticeship. He worked at Prairie Land Partners in Andale for 3 years, before working alongside his dad at Five Star Mechanical, Inc. for the last 7 years.  
He loved spending time with his family and friends. His passions were fatherhood and farming.  He loved summers in the air conditioned combine and playing in the sandbox (Waynoka, OK). He loved playing video games with his son, working on vehicles, target shooting with his buddies, and eating cheeseburgers, cookies and ice cream.
