Judith "Judy" Anne Tucker Horsch, passed away October 28, 2025. She was born on July 6, 1942, in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Joseph M. and Dorothy Benson Tucker (both deceased). She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She loved meeting people and had a genuine interest in hearing their life's journey. Judy had a zest for entertainment, museums, the arts, and theatre. She had an effortless ability to learn and retain history. Judy loved sharing about her father's inventions, especially his involvement in the Massey-Harris Harvest Brigade, 1944. She shared his achievements with various audiences across the USA. Judy donated the collection of materials to the Morse Department of Special Collections, Kansas State University Libraries in 2019.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Horsch; youngest son, Phil Hall; and brother, Joe Tucker. Survivors include sons, Dr. Richard (wife, Elizabeth) Purcell and Randall Purcell; stepchildren, Tina Smith, Mindy Horsch Mickens, Renee (husband, Jay) Walters, and Heidi (husband, Steve) Horsch; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Cemetery, Andale, Kansas.
