Kristin Nicole Cook

Kristin Nicole Cook, 35, of Wichita, Kansas, lost her four-year battle with Gastroparesis on May 19, 2025. Kristin’s deep love for her children kept her fighting through this incurable disease for as long she could.

She was born March 21, 1990 to Patricia Ericson and Kevin Cook. Growing up, Kristin loved sports including cheer and track and was an active member of a Hip Hop Team and an American Inline Speedskating Team. She loved to cook and put her soul into every dish.

Kristin is survived by: her parents, Patricia Ericson and Kevin Cook; her beautiful daughters, Kaliyah, Meaira, Jada, Lanessa and Alaya Arterberry; grandma, Beverly Dye; aunts, Melody Hawkins and Kim MacIntosh; uncles, Zac Ericson and Weston Ericson, Darren Cook, Brett Cook and Rod Cook; many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry Ericson and Raymond and Norma Cook.

A Celebration of Kristin's life will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Ridgepoint Church (8000 W. 21st St. N.  Wichita, Kansas 67205).
