Lahoma "Traci" Wiens passed from this life pitchin' a fit, the same way she came into it.. Traci was born on May 2, 1946 in Monte Vista, Colorado to Beatrice (Taber) Jayne and Laurance Jayne. Her dad was told to go eat lunch and in the few moments he stepped away, she made he grand entrance. Traci continued to live life by her own set of rules until she took her last breath. Traci enjoyed her life and loved to bowl with her league team and travel with her best friends, "The Twisted Sisters". She had many amazing friends and enjoyed their trips to California and watching the sea otters cracking open their dinner on their stomachs. Her friends always made sure they took her to see them because of her hilarious giggles when she heard them crack crack crack, and then on to Hurst Castle where they made so many fun memories. You could say she had a love of the arts and of spending time with family. She supported her grandsons shared love of music by attending every musical, play and performance by the KHS Madrigals and Pratt Encore. She dubbed herself their biggest fan. Traci had many great loves in her life, but by far her biggest love was for animals. She could not pass a dog or cat without wanting to snuggle and pet it and would often try to adopt any animal she could. One of her favorites sayings is "I may be getting older, but I don't have to grow up" Her giggles, sarcasm, and quick wit will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
She is receded in death by her parents and grandchildren; Dietra Smith and Matt Neal. Brother; P.J. Jayne and niece Brittney Jayne. Traci is survived by her loving son; Joe Wolfe (and the BRAT Pidge) and John Wolfe. Grandchildren; Josh Neal, J.J. Wolfe, Lyle Neal and Leroy Patterson (and his wife--the bigger BRAT Kayte). Numerous Great grands and adopted Great grands. She is also survived by her brother; Kelly Jayne. She is already missed by her family and friends at Prairie Sunset Home, her favorite Traditions hospice staff led by Sir Bryan (Bandito, Bernardo, Bend Over), and the angels; Jessica, Holly and Luke.
Traci brightened days with her sarcasm, wit and sass and will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Per Traci's instructions, everyone should wear bright happy colors or will be promptly ejected from the party. In lieu of flowers memorial may be sent to the Kingman Humane Society 811 E.
