Lucinda "Cindy" Roseann (Bisbee) Freeman, Wichita, KS, was born on October 18, 1968, and died August 2, 2024.
Cindy graduated from Emporia State University in 1994 with a degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. She fulfilled her dream of teaching special students in the Wichita Public School system. From there she worked for California Casualty Insurance Company where she presented the benefit package to teachers and firefighters, and where she won many awards.
Cindy was a caring daughter who cherished her whole family. She was a devoted friend to many.
Cindy was preceded in death by her dad, Jim Bisbee, grandparents, Jim & Minnie Bisbee, grandparents, Bob Watt and Jeanette Nedved, and step-granddad, Marvin Nedved. She is survived by her mom, Linda Bisbee, her beloved dog & companion, Maui, several cousins, extended family and cherished friends.
To celebrate Cindy’s remarkable life, we will gather on August 24th, 2024 at the Maize Cemetery. We request the joy of your company in bright colors reflecting Cindy’s vibrant spirit. A luncheon will follow at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 13th and Broadway, Wichita, KS. All are welcome.
