Marcellin Peter Strunk, 99, retired farmer/cattleman and proud World War II Veteran, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, February 10, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Markus and Margaret Strunk; his son, Kelly; his grandson, Nathan Winter; his siblings, Francis, Dolores, Rosella and Donald.
He is survived by: his loving wife of 53 years, Carol; his daughter, Nancy (Fred) Winter; his siblings, Pauline Hicks and Clem Strunk; his 3 grandchildren, Jared, Tyler and Megan Winter; and his 4 great-grandchildren, Dayton, Haley, Kendall and Hudson Winter.
Recitation of the rosary will be said 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2025 and the funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025 both at St. Mark Catholic Church in Colwich.
