Randal D Holley

Randal Duane Holley, 57 of Cheney, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 in Wichita. Randal was born in Wichita, Kansas, on May 30, 1966 to Gary and Irene (Ruebke) Holley. When he was one month old they moved out to the farm in Cheney. Randal attended Cheney schools and graduated in 1985. He worked 20 years for Hillman’s Dairy Farm, a short time at Case International, 13 years at Cheney COOP, and had been working the past year and a half for the Cheney School District as District Maintenance and Mail Carrier.

He was preceded in death by his father Gary Holley.

He is survived by his mother, Irene, brothers Ryan and Russell of Cheney, sister Renae and his nephews Derek and Dylan Van Lanen.

A memorial may be given to Harry Hynes Hospice. Our family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to each and every one of them for such wonderful care shown to Randal. Contributions can also be made toward an installation project to be completed in the future, with donations sent to Citizen's State Bank in Cheney, Kansas, made out to Renae Van Lanen (Holley). 

A special thank you to all of Randal’s friends, coworkers, classmates, neighbors and extended family for all of your love and support during this difficult time.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm, with family greeting friends, on Friday, December 8th at Wulf-Ast Mortuary in Garden Plain. The Funeral Service will be held at Cheney Methodist Church on Saturday, December 9th at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Cheney.
