Richard Seidl Obituary

Richard L. Seidl, 72, of Mount Hope, Kansas, passed away on August 21, 2024. He was born to Valentine and Marie Seidl on September 10, 1951, in Wichita, Kansas. Richard had two children, Heather and Samuel. Richard was a graduate of Andale High and was a proud, lifelong resident of Ost. He was a dairy farmer, truck driver and a tree nursery worker. Richard had a very strong work ethic and was a very loving father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Valentine and Marie Seidl.

Richard is survived by daughter, Heather Seidl (Devin Tarrant); son, Samuel (Ashley) Seidl; grandchildren, Gage, Gabriel and Lana; brothers, Raphael Seidl, Leon Seidl, Kenny (Carmen) Seidl and Virgil Seidl.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm Monday, August 26, 2024, and Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, both at St. Joseph, Ost, Kansas.
