Ricky Dale Spengler

It is with great sadness that the family of Ricky Dale Spengler announce his passing. Ricky passed away on October 29, 2024 in his home in Newton,KS at the age of 66. 

Ricky is preceded in death by his father, Dow Lazurn Spengler, his mother, Patricia Ann Crandall, his brother, Wes Spengler.  

Ricky is survived by his wife of the home, Kimberly Spengler. His son Canden (Megan) Spengler of Wichita, KS. His daughters Tara (Jeremy) Austin of Wichita, KS, Mari Spengler of Montana, Piper Spengler of Oklahoma, Tamica (Adrian) Ortiz, and Madiah (Caleb) Metzler both of Newton, KS. His grandchildren Dakota, Da’Brejah, Evan, Marisa, Bosiah, Serenity, Jerrah, Lillianna, Elijah, Zane, Angel, Ciera, and Mercedes. And by great grandchildren Colt and Tren’Nayah. 

Ricky will be remembered for being a loving father, grandfather, and husband. He was proud of his work in the aircraft industry, his time in heating and cooling in which he got certified, and his time mining in Montana. He was a true handyman and will be greatly missed by all.

Private graveside service and celebration of life date and time to be announced at a later time.
