Rita was born May 1, 1951 in San Rafel, California to Lyle and Genoa (Eby) Kilgore. She is survived by her daughter; Kristina Brewer. Siblings; Ronald Kilgore, Rhea (Ron) Meadows, Rhonda (Bill) /Wagner and Robyn (Craig) Dunkelburger and 2 grandchildren.
