William “Bill” Joseph Whitehead

July 10th, 1959- March 10th, 2025

William Joseph Whitehead, 65, was born in Wichita, Kansas, July 10th, 1959, the son of William T. Whitehead, Jr. and Ruth Anne Whitehead. He passed away March 10th, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital, peacefully, with loved ones surrounding him.

He had resided in Wichita, Kansas all his life. He was a tree trimmer- a hardworking man. He loved his family and had 8 siblings.

He is survived by: his companion and partner, Mary Palacio; his 4 sisters, Mary Humble, Cynthia Towne, Pamela Bromme, all of Wichita, Kansas and Teresa Arnett, of California; and his brother, James D. Whitehead.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; his brother, Ron Whitehead; and his sisters, Shirley Marck and Diana Whitehead.

A funeral will be held for loved ones to reminisce about all the good times and memories with Bill. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., March 29th, 2025 at Evidence Church (11135 W. Kellogg Dr. Wichita, Kansas 67209). Lunch will be provided afterwards.
